Rental fee per week: 375,- Euro
Winter season (7th of October to 8th of April)
Rental fee per week: 365,- Euro

Apartment „Il Giardino“

Summer season (8th of April to 7th of October)
Rental fee per week: 390,- Euro
Winter season (7th of October to 8th of April)
Rental fee per week: 375,- Euro

Other costs
If heating is required, it will be extra carged with: 4,50 Euro/day
Mandatory cleaning-fee: 45,- Euro
Pets: 2€/day per animal

All other costs are included.

Cleaning in between (not mandatory): 12€.
Washing machine (not mandatory): 5€/washing.

Check in time saturday: not before 4 p.m.
Check out saturday: 9 a.m.
